Professional communities in human resources management

The paper discusses the opportunities of professional communities in sphere HR management to design and develop system qualifications. It describes nature identifies their advantages for public policy. study provides results specialists quantity analysis, presents conclusions monitoring Russia, determines readiness qualifications country. included 97 Russian management. Websites have been analysed; experience community members has studied; survey among communities’ held 2010-2016 are presented. This research helped identify several new relevant activities management, such as development an independent qualification assessment updating educational programs higher establishments.
